Open Access Procedures

We can do procedures that have straight forward indications without a clinic visit first. This is most commonly done for screening colonoscopies and follow up procedures. There are also certain indications for procedures in healthy patients that allow scheduling of the procedure without a visit. You can always request a visit.

What is required is that a patient fills out our new patient intake form and then sign all other required documentation (privacy policy and insurance assignment). You can type in "open access" along with indication on the reason for visit. If you fill out the new patient form we can e-mail you the required forms to sign through a secure password protected website.

Every packet is reviewed by a physician for appropriateness for the program. The office will go over procedure preparation and schedule the procedure. Procedure preparation instructions are also on the website.
